- Register using the form on this page.
- Ongoing classes normally fill with returning families during Early Registration, and new classes fill quickly.　Please be sure to include your first, second, third, and fourth choices of class times to help us to ensure you receive priority for the class time that works best for your schedule.

STEP 2:
Bank Transfer 		 
- Once you have filled out and sent the form below, please make an electronic bank transfer to Azabu Music Together.
- Your registration will be confirmed within a week from the date of transfer.
- Registration and class assignments will be made upon receipt of tuition and in the order received.
- Registrations can be accepted online only.

Note: Your registration can not be processed until your bank
transfer has been received.

Tuition and Fees

Ten-week Tuition: 26,000 yen for first child, siblings over 8 months are 20,000 yen.
Summer (Eight-week) Tuition: 22,000 yen for first child, siblings over 8 months are 16,000 yen.
Baby siblings under 8 months, registered in the same class, can attend for FREE!

Included in tuition is a 1,000 non-refundable registration fee per family.

Futakotamagawa class: there is an additional 2yr club membership fee (5250yen every two years), which includes free parking.
Tuition payment for Futakotamagawa class should be made directly to Community Club Tamagawa.

Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable. No tuition refunds
are given after classes begin, although credit toward future classes
may be issued in exceptional circumstances.

Confirmation: Registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
Note: If your email has spamblocking, please put azabu.musictogether [at] me [dot] com on your "safelist".

Class Transfers: As of 7/1/2008, we will assess a 3,000 yen fee for switching classes after the first day of the term. If you wish to switch your class day and/or time, we will do our best to help you find an option based on your schedule and which classes still have room for additional children. It is not possible to transfer into classes that are full or have a wait list.

Bank Transfer Information

Class Size is limited to 12 students. Registrations and class assignments are made upon receipt of tuition and in the order received.
